Welcome,
This is my first post to what I plan to be a regularly updated journal of my activities in the world of real estate investing.
I'm just over 2 solid years in now and let me say that I have made some money, spent a lot and lost a ton. With that said, I truly believe it has all been worth it. I've experienced commercial retail deals, commercial office / warehouse deals, residential deals and land deals. I've also dealt with highly motivated sellers, highly reluctant sellers, brokers, agents, middlemen, good lenders and bad lenders, accountants, attorneys and sharks. Yet I'm still here.
I feel like I've received my fair share of bruises but I still enjoy it and more importantly I still believe that like Robert Kiyosaki says in Rich Dad Poor Dad, Real Estate is the key to financial freedom.
Every day I learn something new and everyday I try to practice my new knowledge. I'm far from perfect yet far from flawed. I'm honest, integrity laden and committed. I have no agenda in what I'll talk about and share with you, but knowing me like I do it will cover thoughts, new learnings, deals, mistakes, successes and experiences.
I picture a time when I'm financially free through real estate. If you have the same vision, stop by and catch up once in a while.
